At Kingma Lumber, we know that timely and reliable delivery is essential for your projects. Our shipping policy is crafted to provide clarity and transparency, ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery.

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to locations across Canada. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or local freight providers for oversized items.

  • The shipping method will be determined based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • For custom or oversized freight items, additional costs may apply. We will contact you to confirm and approve any extra charges prior to shipment.

Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at Zach@kingmalumber.ca.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Rural and remote addresses may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may not be eligible for shipping due to size, weight, or regulatory restrictions. These will be identified in the product description.

  • Kingma Lumber is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs clearance processes.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at Zach@kingmalumber.ca so we can work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available at our Edmonton location. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.
